Risotto with salmon and green apples

Risotto salmone e mele verdiINGREDIENTS  for 2 persons:

120 g Carnaroli rice
1 liter vegetable broth
a knob of butter
a green apple Granny
half a glass of prosecco extradry
white tec-al pepper
